By default, all accounts have the ability to create courses and attend courses. To get started creating your course, simply click the ‘Organiser’ tab in your dashboard and complete the course creation form
Yes! Creating an account, registering for a course and creating your own courses is free! You pay for the course you want to attend directly and we don’t charge any fees.

You can search for courses and filter by location, price, speciality and more. You can sign up directly on Learnoscopy. All payments are made directly to the course organiser and we don’t take any cuts or fees. We use Stripe for paid transactions so you can be confident that your payment is secure.
If the organiser has selected the option to issue an automatic certificate then you can simply go to the course page and click the ‘Give feedback and get certificate’ button and we’ll automatically generate a personalised certificate of attendance. If the option doesn’t exist then contact your course organiser for more details.
By default, all courses include a refund policy which is stated on the course details page. You can make a refund request directly from your dashboard or send a message to the course organiser from your dashboard or the course details page.

We’ve partnered with Stripe for payment processing so all payments are made directly to the course organiser (we don’t hold on to the money and we don’t delay payouts). Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 and uses the stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

We don’t take a cut, commission or charge any fees whether you sell a free or paid course. Our payment provider (Stripe) charges a fee for each paid transaction which is amongst the lowest in the industry. Generally this is around 1.5% + 20p for standard UK cards which you can choose to cover yourself or pass on to customers.
